Stephanie was born and raised in Squamish. She has always had a love for animals. After completing her high school work experience program at a local veterinary hospital, she went on to compete the Animal Health Technology program at Thompson Rivers University and graduated in 2006. She has been an active member of the BCVTA ever since. Stephanie has a dog named Sheldon, whom she adopted from Whistler Animals Galore (WAG). She also has two cats, Maddie and Pips, adopted from the BC SPCA Sea to Sky Branch.
